Iomega is now LenovoEMC.
Lenovo and EMC today announced that they have completed the formation of the joint venture announced in August. LenovoEMC now includes the "core assets" of EMC's Iomega storage group.
Also getting thrown into the mix are an x86 server technology development program and EMC's OEM and reseller network for EMC storage products.
The posting on Iomega's site says the new joint venture [plans]" to launch Lenovo|EMC branded storage solutions in China in January".
Both EMC and Lenovo are shareholders of LenovoEMC Ltd, with Lenovo holding the majority interest.
